Shipping & Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange/Return Policy
    Fatima’s Boutique by Alishba and Aleeza offers exchanges under the following conditions:
    • An exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • IF
      • The item(s) received are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
      • The received product(s) differ from the original order.
      • The package is missing any parts, including price tags, labels, or original packing.

      To initiate an exchange, please email pictures of the defective item to sales@fatimasboutique.pk or Whatsapp (Message Only) +92 313 710 2747  within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review each claim individually and strive to ensure a fair resolution.

      Once we receive the returned item, our team will assess the damage. If the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value and ship it to your address.

  2. No Exchange/No Return PolicyWe currently have a No Exchange/No Return Policy. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  3. Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items
    • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Unstitched items once stitched cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Wedding wear and couture dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
    • Fabric purchased from the “Festive – Luxury” collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds and Cancellations
    Fatima’s Boutique by Alishba and Aleeza does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
  2. Credit Card or PayPal Payments
    Customers who pay via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Instead of a refund, we will provide a coupon of the same value that can be used on future purchases within 60 days.
  3. Order Cancellations by Fatima’s Boutique
    Fatima’s Boutique by Alishba and Aleeza reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • The item being out of stock.
    • Damage found during our quality check.
    • Technical errors.
    • Declined payments via Credit Card or PayPal.

We do not store credit card details or share customer information with third parties.

We strive to fulfill all orders, but if an item is out of stock, you will be given the option to select another product/design/color within the same price range. We do not guarantee product availability and are not responsible for delays caused by out-of-stock items. If we do not receive confirmation from the customer, the order may be canceled without prior notice.

🌍 International Orders:
International orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

💳 Payment Policy for Pakistan:

  • Orders up to PKR 15,000: Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
  • Orders above PKR 15,000: Advance payment required.
  • Stitching Orders: 100% advance payment required.

Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges depend on the product type and delivery location and are non-refundable. For international orders, any customs duties or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or manage these fees.

🌍 International Shipping: Rates depend on the current USD exchange rate and may vary. The final amount will be confirmed upon order placement.
