2. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Currently, we offer nationwide delivery within Pakistan. Delivery times range from 1 to 5 days, depending on the location.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by browsing through our collections. Once you’ve chosen your desired items, simply add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

5. Can I return or exchange my items?

We currently have a No Exchange/No Return Policy. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If you paid through Credit Card or PayPal, you will receive a coupon for the amount of the order, which can be used for future purchases within 60 days.

We accept a variety of payment methods including Online Bank Transfer, Cash,  and COD. We ensure that all transactions are securely processed.

15. Can I make changes to my delivery address after placing my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. Please ensure that your address is correct before completing the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the product. We will review the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement.

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

19. Can I place an order over the phone?

At the moment, all orders must be placed through our website. If you experience any difficulty or need assistance, our customer service team is available to help.

20. Do you restock sold-out items?

We occasionally restock items, but this depends on availability from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock, you can subscribe to our restock notification to receive an email when it becomes available again.

21. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address for all orders.

22. Can I buy in bulk or make wholesale orders?

As we have a No Exchange Policy, we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes. We recommend carefully checking the size chart provided for each item before making your purchase.
